Kampala - Former US President Bill Clinton is in Tanzania starting a tour of Africa that will include stops in Kenya, Liberia and Morocco.

In Tanzania, Clinton is to visit sites of projects funded by the Clinton Foundation to boost agriculture, health, education and wildlife conservation in the East African country.

One of the Tanzania projects is a commercial farm operated by the Clinton Development Initiative that partners with thousands of neighbouring smallholder farmers, providing them with training and access to training and good quality seeds for maize and soy crops.

In Tanzania he will also meet with mothers who are vaccinating their children with help from the Clinton Health Access Initiative.

Clinton's next stop will be Kenya.
