Children killed by speeding bus

Mbale ? Ten people, four of them children, have been killed after a speeding bus crashed into a group celebrating a circumcision ritual in eastern Uganda on Thursday.
The group was dancing in the street on Thursday night behind a young man who was about to be circumcised - a common procession among the Bagisu people in rural Uganda.
"The driver told us that he was negotiating a corner when he saw the dancing group," said traffic officer Wilson Masaba at the scene.
The driver used his hooter but couldn't stop in time, he said.
Masaba blamed the crash on speeding.
