Johannesburg - Police divers on Friday continued their search for five people still missing after a bus was swept into the Umbuluzi River in Swaziland earlier this week.
Police spokesperson Superintendent Vusi Masuku said divers had been searching since 05:00.
"We haven't found anyone yet. We are hoping that as the day wears on, the remaining bodies will be found."
Thus far police have recovered four bodies, including that of an elderly woman and the bus conductor.
The accident happened during heavy rains on Tuesday evening, when the bus stalled while crossing a low level bridge and was swept into the water.
Masuku said 29 people were believed to have been on board at the time of the accident.
Twenty-one people escaped with slight injuries.
