Johannesburg - Two babies were among those missing after a bus was swept into the crocodile-infested Umbuluzi River in Swaziland earlier this week, police said on Thursday.
The accident happened about 50km from Manzini.
Swaziland police spokesperson Vusi Masuku said police divers and emergency personnel were combing the river and a nearby dam for seven people on Thursday.
The bodies of the bus conductor and an elderly woman were recovered on Wednesday from the Umnojli Dam, which is 20km from the scene of the accident.
Masuku told Sapa the accident happened during heavy rains on Tuesday evening.
Passengers had warned the driver not to attempt to cross the bridge, but when he saw a car going over he decided to ignore the warnings.
While crossing, the bus stalled and was swept off the bridge and into the water just after 19:00 on Tuesday.
Musuku said 29 people were believed to have been on board at the time of the accident.
