Team visits meningitis village

Johannesburg - A seven-year-old Eastern Cape girl admitted to hospital at Bisho with meningitis last week is doing well, provincial health spokesperson Sizwe Kupelo said on Wednesday morning.
Meanwhile, an outbreak response team is her village, tracing who had contact with the child and raising awareness of the disease, he said.
"The outbreak response team is also providing members of her family with prophylactic treatment."
