WATCH: Kenyan president shows off his rugby skills

Nairobi - A video of Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta showing off his rugby skills has gone viral on social media.

Keyatta hosted the Kenya Sevens rugby team at State House on Thursday, following their historic win in the Singapore sevens tournament Sunday.

In the video, Kenya Sevens Captain Andrew Amonde lifts Kenyatta for a mock line-out through the help of William Ambaka, and the president passes the ball to Collins Injera.

The president announced a KES 10 million rewardfor the team after their first ever world series victory.

"This winning team shall receive KES 10 million from the government," he said.

Kenyans took to social media to congratulate the president on his rugby prowess and thanked him for recognising the efforts of the Sevens team.
