Breezy is coming to our shores

Grammy-award winning singer Chris Brown is heading to South Africa.

The Don’t Wake Me Up singer has finally decided to bring his Carpe Diem world tour to our corner of the world later this year.

The show, which will be hosted by Canoc Productions in association with Channel O, will see Brown performing in four concerts in South Africa’s leading cities.

Pleasure Letsoalo of Canoc Productions, a company that previously brought international stars such as Trey Songz, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross, said “the wait for South African fans is over”.

“Chris Brown is a big deal so we urge all concert-goers to get their tickets ahead of time to avoid disappointment,” he said.

The 23-year-old will kick off the tour at the Coca Cola Dome, Johannesburg on Saturday, December 15, then head to Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium on Monday, December 17 and end with two concerts at the Grand West Arena, Cape Town on Wednesday, December 19 and Thursday, December 20.

Ticket sales open at Computicket on Monday, October 1 2012 at 9am, ranging from R490 to R890.
