Chuene failed SA about Semenya

2009-09-18 10:55

ATHLETICS South Africa (ASA) president Leonard Chuene failed South

Africans and he is not fit for presidency.

If the ANC led government is not willing to recall Chuene, the

country must expect shocking and breaking news and this time not only about

Caster Semenya.

ASA president is telling lies every time he appears on TV about

Caster.

Why is it that the Caster issue is handled by men in the ASA. Where

are the ASA women officials to handle this issue?

She was taken to a clinic by males for gender tests and misled her

about the tests – unclothed.

Where is the ANCWL and women’s sector in this whole nonsense?

If we want to take this matter to rest and encourage our little

angel to continue with her beloved sport, the ANC led government and parliament

must remove and release Chuene from the office before it’s too late.

In the first place, Caster was not supposed to attend and hold any

media briefing after the Berlin event, especially about baseless and unfounded

tests.

ASA used the media to escape guilt because they knew from the onset

in Berlin that those tests were conducted with their consent but without

Caster’s approval and misled her.

ASA must be taken to court by the human rights organisation. Mbulelo Dyasi
