Portuguese Daisy

Ingredients:

50ml Port

25ml Brandy

25ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar syrup

12.5ml Grenadine

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with cubed ice and shake

until chilled.

Dutch Fizz

Ingredients:

25ml Gin/Genever

25ml Lemon juice

12.5ml Sugar syrup

Top with soda water

Build over cubed ice and top with soda water.

German chocolate cake shot

Ingredients:

1 shot Vodka

1 shot Frangelico

1 lime wedge

sugar

Drink a shot glass of vodka and one of Frangelico, then suck on a

sugar-coated lime wedge.

English Afterthought

Ingredients:

50ml Gin

20ml Elderflower syrup

1 tablespoon fresh blueberries

2 thumbnails of fresh ginger

Top ginger?beer

Muddle blueberries and ginger with syrup,

add gin, shake and strain into a highball over cubed ice and top

with ginger?beer.

French martini

Ingredients:

50ml Vodka

25ml Chambord

50ml Pineapple juice

Add all ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice and shake and

strain into a martini glass.

Mexico’s Mango Margarita

Ingredients:

37.5ml Gold Tequila

25ml Triple sec

20ml Lime cordial

20ml Lemon juice

4 slices of mango or 50ml mango juice

Blend all ingredients with a full scoop of crushed ice until

smooth.

Argentina ’s Ketango

Ingredients:

37.5ml Vodka

25ml Apricot Brandy

25ml Lime Juice

Shake and strain with cubed ice.
