Forget the World Cup, it’s back to reality

Television viewers are sure to get over their World Cup blues this

weekend as a ton of reality drama hits the screen.

M-Net launches Idols Season 6 and Big Brother All Stars

tomorrow.

In the new season of Idols, some of the biggest stars of the South

African music scene will get the chance to tell thousands of hopefuls if they

have what it takes. The judges include The Parlotones’ Kahn Morbee and

HHP.

Host Liezel van der Westhuizen will return to the show and will be

joined by fellow former Survivor contestant Proverb.

Big Brother is back for an All Star rendition featuring some of the

biggest contestants from previous seasons.

Fourteen housemates will compete for 90 days for a chance to win

$250 000 (R1.9 million).

» Idols will air on M-Net at

5.30pm tomorrow while Big Brother will be screened on the Big Brother Channel

(DStv Channel 198).

» Not to be outdone by the

reality TV drama on DStv from Saturday, SABC1 will be screening So You Think You

Can Dance. Sade Gilberti resumes her role as host.
