Mbau: Crous leaked my pics

2012-01-21 15:39

Another week, another bitter spat between former lovers socialite Khanyi Mbau and businessman Theunis Crous.

Mbau, who is taking yet another shot at a singing career, started the week off with a controversial bang after a second batch of nude pictures of her surfaced on local porn site Sondeza.

The seven images, shot in a dimly lit room, show her in provocative poses reminiscent of Madonna’s Sex book.

Mbau, who refused to speak to City Press, took to Twitter to comment on the pictures, claiming that they were leaked by her former lover, sugar daddy and businessman Crous.

“I would like @theuniscrous’s obsession with me to end already; we dated yes, and had a bad end. But your mission to try and destroy me is really getting tired!” she wrote on her page.

Mbau went on to claim that Crous’s actions were meant to sabotage her “success”.

Referring to the first batch of nude pictures that were “leaked” on the internet last year, Mbau tweeted: “Notice your pattern: 1st KFC and RGB was a success you leaked the 1st nude pics now my music (Wamuhle) and growth now you leak these pictures.”

Last September, rumour had it that she was supposed to take over from Brenda Ngxoli as
an anchor on SABC1’s gossip show, Real Goboza.

The deal allegedly fell through after the pictures surfaced.

After the latest batch of photos surfaced, Twitter and Facebook users claimed Mbau had briefly posted a nude picture of Crous lying in bed holding his penis.

The picture, if it existed, was no longer on her page.

But it seems the businessman, who had a public extramarital affair with Mbau in 2009, saw the picture on Mbau’s page.

He and his wife, Primrose, released a statement saying they were “disapproving of the distasteful picture that has now been made public”.

“We do not condone or appreciate the actions of the person or persons who have posted the picture on the social networks and, in addition, make no assumption as to who is responsible.

It goes without saying, therefore, that we categorically deny being responsible, either directly or indirectly, for having posted the picture on social networks,” it read.

The Crouses added that they would be taking “legal means available to us to prevent this kind of thing from happening”.

Later in the week, the acrimonious former lovers started tweeting sweet nothings about their partners.
