Philanderers don’t expect the same cheat-ment from their partners

2015-01-28 12:29

New research by a website dedicated to married and attached people looking to cheat has found that more than 81% of men who step out on their partners would be surprised to discover their wives were doing the same.

The website Victoria Milan polled 8 246 of the men who use it for extramarital hook-ups. Eight-one percent of these men said they would be surprised if they caught their partner cheating.

Why?

Fifty-two percent said “she is not the type to have a fling with someone else”, 36% responded “she seems happy with me” and 12% replied “because I am a good lover”.

Forty-eight percent of cheaters are sure their wives do not cheat on them, although 68% admit the thought has probably crossed their significant other’s mind.
