Win tickets to see Ard Matthews

Ard Matthews will be the headline act at the Old Mutual Music in the Gardens series at the Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens in Roodepoort on June 10.

We have five double tickets to give away.

All you have to do is leave a comment below telling us what your favourite Ard Matthews song is.

Competition closes on Friday at 4pm.

Venue: The Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens is situated at the end of Malcolm Rd, Poortview, Roodepoort.

Gates open at 11am. Support acts are Trenton and Free Radical at 1pm and 3rd World Spectator at 2pm.

 Matthews is scheduled to start at 3pm.

Tickets prices: R80 online; R90 pre-sale at gardens; R100 on the day at gardens or Ticketbreak.

Children under 13 are free

A restaurant and tea garden available on site and will sell alcoholic beverages. Picnic baskets and blankets are welcome.

A kids zone is available from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.

Competition Rules
1. The competition will run until June 8, 4pm and is open to all South Africans with valid ID.

2. Only entries received by 4pm on June 8 will be accepted.

3. Winners will be notified telephonically and City Press reserves the right to publish their details and photographs for promotional purposes.

4. The decision of the editor of City Press is final in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. All persons who are directors, members, partners, employees or agents of or consultants to Media24, City Press, sponsors/partners or their spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers, sisters, business partners or associate employees may not participate in this competition.

6. Should legislation require that the competition be cancelled, Media24 and City Press will not be held responsible for fulfilment of prizes or entry costs.
