BId R100 or more and stand a chance

2010-11-17 00:00

BID R100 or more and you and your partner could be going on a six-night cruise, valued at R18 400, in a luxury ocean view cabin on the Melody leaving Durban on January 26. The three highest unique bids opened next Friday at noon will each secure this amazing cruise for two, including all meals and entertainment.

To qualify as the winning bid, you and your travelling partner, must be able to produce a valid passport immediately upon being advised that yours is the winning bid. The cruise is not transferable and will be awarded to the next highest unique bidder in the event you are disqualified. Payment of the price you bid will be required right away to confirm your booking.

The editor’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The auction is not open to staff of the Witness group or their immediate family.

SMS 34419 and the words: “Witness Cruise Bid”, followed by your surname and your bid. Bidding starts at R100. No cents will be accepted.

The highest bidders will be advised by phone on Friday, November 26, and will win the cruise subject to presentation of valid passports and payment of the amount bid. The two next highest bidders will be awarded the next two cruises. (Check The Witness every day for the highest unique bid received the previous day)

The cruise price bid is not refundable in the event the winner is not able to travel when the time comes. However, the tickets will be transferable provided the names of the substitute travellers and their documentation are made available to the Witness not less than two full weeks before the departure date.

We regret that the departure date is not subject to transfer.
