Canoeing: PMB schools on top

THE KZN Interschools canoeing race was hosted by Weston and Hilton College on the Mooi River on Saturday.

Two Maritzburg schools — College and Epworth — showed their dominance. The first three positions in the boy’s race was filled by College, Damon Stamp in first place, followed by Louis Hattingh and Travis Wilson.

Calvin McKie from Clifton prevented College from having the top four paddlers as he came in fourth, followed by fifth Tyler Wilson from College.

In the girl’s race it was Epworth that dominanated. Winner Jordan Peek was followed by Bianca Haw, with Camilla Pennefather in third.
