2010-03-11 00:00

MARITZBURG residents are being asked to put their hands in their pockets to support the Russell High Choir which is hosting Last Choir Flying, an event packed full of song and dance on March 17 at 6 pm for 6.30 pm.

Champion Irish dancers Samantha and Melissa Wood, Scottish pipers, ballroom dancers, drummers from Cordwalles and the choir itself are set to perform on the night.

Tickets are R80 for adults and R20 for under 12s. Take your own picnic supper, drinks and glasses.

To book your seats call Ronèl Wood at 033 342 2338 or send an e-mail to ronel@ovation.co.za

Alternatively, book your seats with the school. Part of the proceeds will go to the Russell Choir Fund. — Arts Editor
