Extravaganza: Win a Wedding!

2011-06-14 00:00

IT’S The Witness Bridal Extravaganza time again and that means that it’s time to win a wedding!

There are prizes valued at over R100 000 to be won.

The winning wedding will start at the Shalwyn weddings and conference centre in the Tala Valley, just outside Pietermaritzburg. The venue overlooks the beautiful valley and is perfect for photographic moments.

A three-course dinner for 100 guests, plus canapés on the deck, assures the winning couple of a wonderful start to their wedding day — all courtesy of Hamblin’s catering, who also provide a stunning wedding cake.

Muirhead’s Hiring will make sure the guests are comfortably seated on Tiffany chairs. The decor will be sponsored by Muirheads and the draping by Kerry and Sherree.

The bride will wear an exclusive wedding gown from Belle and Bravado on Taunton Road.

The sound will be sponsored by Mega Music, and Paul Henman will take the photographs.

Softlight Media will sponsor the wedding video to keep that special day alive forever.

Speciality Papers have sponsored paper to the value of R5 000 for wedding invitations, cards and seating plans, while Invitation Selection will print the invitations.

The winning couple will then leave for The Windmills in the midlands for a seven-day honeymoon, which includes dinner, bed and breakfast, game drives, massage treatments and a round of golf.

All you have to do to enter is call in at Hamblin’s or Shalwyn wedding venue and drop your competition entry in the box.

The winner will be announced at The Witness Bridal Extravaganza on Friday, June 24.

The Extravaganza runs at the Royal Showgrounds from June 23 to 24.

Tickets are R30 and can be purchased at the door. Contact Gail at gail@spottedowl.co.za or 082 4452 577 for further information.
