Free seminar for small and medium business owners on the importance of accurate book-keeping and accounting

MOORE Stephens RB are holding a free seminar for all small and medium business owners to help them address issues of how to ensure complete and accurate reporting and compliance.

The seminar, titled “Taking the stress out of your monthly bookkeeping and payroll”, will cover key business issues, such as:

1. Why accurate book-keeping and accounting is so critical in the light of SARS compliance and banking requirements;

2. Tax compliance, including tax returns, provisional tax, VAT and employees tax;

3. Software solutions for small business;

4. Business structures; and

5. Some legal issues and business contracts.

All participants will also be offered a free initial consultation to discuss their requirements or concerns with a MSRB partner.

The locally based accounting and audit firm recently launched its fully staffed book-keeping and payroll division headed up by Nikki Moore. Moore has over 20 years experience in financial management services for SMME clientele.
