TONIGHT

• Prime Circle, Stealing Love Jones, Cassette and The Otherwise will be performing at Suncoast Casino in Durban for the Rock On Summer event. Gates open at 5 pm, show starts at 7 pm. Tickets are R125 (buy tickets at www.computicket.com).

TOMORROW

• St Ives at Lion’s River presents an afternoon of feel-good guitar and vocal entertainment on the deck with Jammo between midday and 4 pm.

 

SUNDAY

• The Johnny Zest and Friends band will be performing over lunch time at the Lion Park Lodge, playing some of the old favourite songs from the past decades. Inquiries: 031 785 1104.

• Mike from Marshall Music will be entertaining at the Nevada Spur at Cascades tonight from 5.30 pm onwards, with a selection of easy-listening piano and keyboard favourites to help you wind down the weekend in style.

• Gerhard Britz performs at the Kick ’n Whistle (behind Woodburn Stadium). A three-course meal at R60 a head and meals at a discount price for children, are available. Entrance is free. Booking for lunch is advised, phone 076 0744 726 or 033 342 3528.

• Stealing Love Jones will be performing with Seth at Scottburgh Country Club (Wednesday is a public holiday). Entrance: R50. To book, phone 039 976 2178.

• The El Sombrero Spur at 50 Durban Road welcomes you to an evening of fun live entertainment with singer-guitarist Jammo from 5.30 pm onwards.

 

WEDNESDAY

• Jammo continues his popular Wednesday night slot at the Nevada Spur at Cascades, with an ever-growing selection of memorable songs from the sixties to the present, kicking off at 5.30 pm.

• The Kick ’n Whistle hosts karaoke tonight with Jen and Gary. Inquiries: 033 342 3528.

 

COMING UP
