Hospice: Fun fashion at the mall

2008-11-12 00:00

Pixie van Heerden struts her stuff at a fashion show at the Liberty Midlands Mall yesterday.

She was one of the volunteers who modelled some of the fashion items donated to Msunduzi Hospice charity shops. These brand-name clothes are available at giveaway prices. They will feature again at a fashion show in the centre court of the mall tomorrow at 2 pm, and will go on sale thereafter.

The Tree of Lights at the traffic circle will be switched on at 7 pm tonight, after a short ceremony starting at 6.30 pm.

The Wykeham Children’s Choir will sing before the switch-on. The lights, in memory of loved ones, can be bought for R30 from the information counter at the mall or from the Hospice office or any of its shops. Msunduzi Hospice celebrates its 25th anniversary this year.
