IPL: Hussey hammers Kings to a ten-wicket win

2013-04-11 00:00

A SUPREME unbeaten 86 by Michael Hussey helped the Chennai Super Kings coast to a sensational 10-wicket hammering of the Kings XI Punjab in their Indian Premier League clash at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium in Mohali yesterday.

The veteran Australian needed just 54 deliveries for his innings, smashing two sixes and 11 fours, while India opener Vijay proved the perfect foil with his more patient 50 from 50 balls as the visitors chased down the 139-run victory target with 16 balls to spare.
