KZN Invitation team selected

LAST Saturday, Treverton College hosted an athletics meet to select a KZN Invitation team to compete against some of the best school athletes in the country.

The competition will take place at Grey College in Bloemfontein on October 5 and most of the team will compete at Menlo Park in Pretoria at the beginning of next year.

Six girls’ schools, five boys’ schools and 12 co-ed schools from around the province have supplied athletes to the team. In the girl’s team, Durban Girls’ College have the most athletes with eight followed by Maritzburg GHS with five. In the boy’s section Glenwood have 10 athletes followed by Maritzburg College and DHS with eight each.
