KZN Premier Division: Maritzburg Varsity aiming to build on latest win in Durban Collegians clash

2012-06-29 00:00

THE fourth-placed Maritzburg Varsity first team will hope to build on last weekend’s nail-biting 30-29 KZN Premier Division win over PMB Collegians when they tackle second-placed Durban Collegians at 3.30 pm at the Peter Booysen Sports Park off Golf Road tomorrow.

The PMB Collegians match against Varsity College — which was scheduled for 3.30 pm at Woodburn Stadium tomorrow — has now been changed to Wednesday, August 1, at 8 pm on Woodburn’s number two field.

The Durban North-based Premier Division club recently changed its name from “Old Boys” to Varsity College.

The other Premier Division matches see Harlequins hosting Zululand Rhinos on the Bluff at 3.30 pm and log-leaders College Rovers at home to Crusaders on King’s Park’s number three field at the same time.

In KZN First Division South action, PMB Waratahs are away to Richards Bay.
