2011-04-25 00:00

KIM Terblanche, the co-owner of Mica Shelly Centre, describes herself as a big cat lover and enjoys heading out on a Harley-Davidson. The Witness spoke to her.

How Long have you been here on the South Coast? 10 wonderful years

How long have you been managing Mica in Shelly Centre?18 Months.

What is it about your shop that makes you proud to go back every day? The great team we have and our ability to provide great service.

Where do you see yourself in five years? Hopefully retired, happy and healthy.

What is your most precious possession? Geoff, my family and my gorgeous cats.

What do you do in your spare time? I don’t have so much spare time, but when I’m lucky to have some it’s normally spent at home relaxing.

Explain the biggest thrill you get from your Harley-Davidson? The biggest thrill is the freedom one feels — it is a great way to unwind.

If you could meet anybody famous who would it be and why this person? James May aka Captain Slow from BBC Topgear, I think he’s got such a great sense of humour; he is extremely intelligent and I would love to spend a day on the set.

Your perfect holiday? Lying on a deserted beach or exploring our beautiful country.

Which rugby team do you support? Duh! What a question, the Sharks of course. — WR.
