The Howick Magistrate’s Court has been informed that Shaw is to lodge a renewed bail application on December 11 based on new facts.

Shaw was refused bail by Howick magistrate, Nhlanhla Mpanza,on September 11.

He is charged with shooting dead his wife while the couple were alone at their home on the Emanzini New Forest Estate at Nottingham Road.
