Over the next four weeks, LineBreak Compression and Performance clothing and The Witness newspaper with Norrie Williamson are bringing you a series of podcasts aimed at providing advice, tips and guidance towards you achieving your goal in the 84th Comrades marathon on Sunday 24 May 2009.

Every Tuesday and Friday a new podcast will be loaded on www.witness.co.za – which will offer snippets of practical advice ranging from how much to do in your final peak training, when and how to taper, how to pace yourself through Comrades, what to eat and what to do about that last minute illness or injury. Everything you need to know to go the distance.

Each podcast contains information designed to enhance your performance over the 89.17km Down run Comrades. Don’t wait - click on www.witness.co.za under Multimedia to become a Witness Linebreak Podcast Listener for the next month.

As an additional benefit people quoting the weekly Witness Podcast reference when ordering LineBreak Compression clothing through Johakrin@netactive.co.za (0834455211) will be entitled to a discount from the normal retail prices for the product range. The reference is highlighted next to the LineBreak Logo on the Podcast web page.

"Comrades 2009 starts at Pietermaritzburg City Hall. Running in LineBreak keeps you warm at the start.”
