Recall: Hot water bottles

2012-05-04 00:00

RETAILER Woolworths has sent out a reminder to its customers to return hot water bottles bought there last year after “a few” leaked.

It said the appeal was made last September after the complaints, but some of the potentially faulty bottles may not have been returned yet.

In response to a request for information of the defect, Woolworths only said the bottles in question had been sold since April 2011.

The recall applies to hot water bottles with style numbers 501 120 262, 501 120 270 and 501 120 254; barcodes 600 910 139 792, 600 910 139 7440 and 600 910 114 7731.
