SOUTH African rock legends Piet Botha and Neill Solomon join forces with Dan Chiorboli, for the Xmas in Db n concerts at the Catalina Theatre in Wilson’s Wharf, Durban at 8 pm from tomorrow until Friday.

The concerts continue the Catalina’s recently launched Home Brewed series celebrating South African original music. The line-up also features special guest John Manuel who will provide support tomorrow only.

One of the first musicians inducted into the South African Rock Hall Of Fame in January 2002, Botha, who has been making music for over 30 years, performed at the Durban International Blues Festival this year. Solomon is also one of the finest songwriters in South Africa and a favourite ‘son’ of Durban. His latest album The Gathering of the Beasts features the chart singles In The Year 2000 and I Don’t Want To See You.
