Upsets on the cards in today’s clashes

2010-05-15 00:00

VERY often players do not perform at their best shortly after the zonal sides have been chosen, and it will be interesting to see whether further surprises will be made today. The two matches where this could happen are at Westville and Michaelhouse.

DHS will be eager to prove to Westville that they are no pushover and Michaelhouse are set to improve their game against Glenwood.

There will also be a tremendous amount of interest at Hilton where the result against Maritzburg College is in the balance.

St Charles travel to Pretoria to face St Albans.

Fixtures (home side first): Hilton v Maritzburg College; Michaelhouse v Glenwood, Westville v DHS; St Albans v St Charles; Kearsney v George Campbell; Port Natal v Northwood; Wartburg v Weston; Pinetown v St Henrys; Kearsney II v Clifton; Grantleigh v Felixton; Kloof v Thomas More

Other fixtures (venues unknown): Port Shepstone v New Forest; Hillcrest v Kingsway; Grosvenor v Amanzimtoti; Howick v DNC; Greytown v Kokstad; Linpark v Estcourt; Treverton v Alaexandra; Ixopo v Suid Natal; Kuswag v Gelofte; Werda v Durban Academy; Crawford LL v Crawford NC; Creston v Scottburgh
