Vote for artwork: re*think exhibition kicks off at mall

2011-10-20 00:00

THE re*think exhibition was officially opened by Miss Earth 2011 finalist Kirsten Dukes at the Liberty Midlands Mall yesterday.

The re*think schools exhibition is an initiative by the mall and The Witness to educate people about the importance of recycling and taking care of the environment.

In September schools in and around Pitermaritzburg were invited to create artworks made from recycled material under the theme “It’s Your World”.

The winning schools have a chance to win shopping vouchers to the value of R5 000, courtesy of the mall.

The public is encouraged to participate by voting for their favourite artwork, which will be on display at the mall until Sunday.

The voting forms are available from The Witness.

All you have to do is cut out the voting form, fill in your details, choose your favourite artwork and drop it at the mall.

One lucky shopper stands a chance to win Liberty Midlands Mall shopping vouchers valued at R1 000. For more information, log on to www.libertymidlandsmall.co.za. Terms and conditions apply.
