This whole drama Amor Vittone is having with Loslyf is laughable! I'm not speculating who's right and who's wrong. That's not for me to decide - but how have things gotten so far?

Yes, it is humiliating, a complete nightmare for some. What I do question, are her motives. Does she want to attract more and more attention to something which is so embarrassing? Everyone knows that the media and public interest won't go away, that's a given.

Last year, Amor got an interim court order preventing Loslyf from distributing more of the magazines as well as having them removed from the magazine stands. That was fair - those picture were in the public arena and available for all to see.

Unfortunately no-one can do anything about the magazines which had already been bought. I'm sure that Loslyf sold quite a few more mags than usual from the time it hit the shelves, to the time they were ordered to remove themselves from newsstands.

To now take it a step further in the New Year seems to me like she's opening a wound that might have begun to heal.

What are her motives? Perhaps she wants to stop this from happening in the future? Or to even have them admit that they (Loslyf) were wrong?

Or is this a case of any publicity is good publicity? Any opportunity to be in the public eye is grabbed with both hands. In my opinion, the effect is a negative one - one of her name being dragged through the mud even further.

Perhaps she wants her name to be top of mind, considering a few factors in terms of her career: The first is that she has just launched her new CD, a greater public awareness would result in more CD sales.

The second is that she will be on a music tour with several SA artists, including her rival Patricia Lewis. Although they were photographed next to each other (and no they were not trying to ring each other's necks), does Amor not want to be more popular than Patricia?

Why doesn't Amor not put this whole saga behind her and her fans? I'm sure that it's not something she wants to be remembered by, and if she continues, it just might be.
