Killer gets life with no wife

Arusha - The appeals chamber of the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda has denied the request of genocide convict Hassan Ngeze, to get married in prison, court sources said on Friday.
Ngeze, 44, the former owner and editor of the extremist newspaper Kangura, was sentenced to life imprisonment in 2003 for incitement to commit genocide.
His request to marry an unidentified woman was turned down for the third time by the appeals division, which said it was not competent to judge the matter, the sources said.
