Los Angeles - Jennifer Lopez has won a court order barring her first husband from making their sex life public - at least for a day.
Lopez sued Ojani Noa for $10m, claiming he intends to make and sell a movie containing home video of the singer in sexual situations, including during their 1997 honeymoon. A Los Angeles judge on Monday barred Noa and his producer, Ed Meyer, from distributing the material until a hearing on Tuesday on whether to extend the order.
Noa says he'll fight the order.
Lopez and Noa were married for 11 months. She claims he's violating a prior confidentiality agreement.
In 2007, Lopez won $545 000 in another lawsuit that blocked Noa from publishing a ghost-written tell-all book.
Lopez's latest lawsuit comes after her attorneys reportedly sent a cease and desist letter to Noa and some filmmakers, demanding they stop production of a movie titled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story.
Lopez starred in the 2002 movie Maid in Manhattan and had hit songs with Jenny from the Block and Love Don't Cost a Thing.
Her latest lawsuit accuses Noa of breach of contract and also names filmmaker Ed Meyer as a defendant.
