Britney snubs her sick mother

Los Angeles - Britney Spears reportedly refused to visit her sick mother in hospital.
The singer is said to have fallen out with Lynne after a string of rows over Britney's partying and wouldn't even call on Mother's Day, Sunday in the US, while the 52-year-old was suffering from pneumonia.
Sources claim mother-of-two Britney has not forgiven Lynne for making her go to rehab, for alleged alcohol addiction and post-natal depression, earlier this year.
One source told the National Enquirer magazine: "Britney has cut off all contact with her mother. She feels betrayed by her."
Lynne has now left hospital after recovering from her illness.
Earlier this month, Britney's aunt, Chandra McGovern, said she did not believe the family feud would last.
'Very disappointed'
The 25-year-old singer is said to have "disappointed" her parents with her wild partying and head-shaving antics but her aunt thinks her niece is too close to Lynne to hold a permanent grudge.
Chandra told US TV show Inside Edition: "The family felt very disappointed in the way she was acting. If there is a family feud it won't last long. She and her mom are close."
Britney's aunt believes her niece shaved her hair as reaction to the pressure of trying to live up to her pop princess status.
Chandra explained: "The head shaving was a rebellion against everybody. She was saying, 'I'm not the pop princess you think I am, now leave me alone!' " - Bang Showbiz.com
