Los Angeles - A trailer for the controversial Mel Gibson movie The Passion of Christ, formerly known as The Passion, has movie fans so curious that they've been crashing websites in their search for bootleg trailers, the trade newspaper Variety reported on Monday.
Sites such as AintItCoolNews.com, TheMovieBox.net and Harvest.org all posted the trailer but removed it after eager fans overloaded their servers.
At Yahoo.com, the trailer was the most popular of any film due for release next year, the report said.
