Honours for Eastwood, Deneuve

Cannes - US director and actor Clint Eastwood and French actress Catherine Deneuve on Sunday were awarded a special prize for their body of work at the Cannes film festival on Sunday.

Both Eastwood and Deneuve had films in the running for the festival's top prize.

The US actor and director was in the running with his The Exchange starring Angelina Jolie while Deneuve acted in A Christmas Tale.
