SA is world's gr8 SMS heaven

Cape Town - South Africans are the biggest SMS users in the world.
The International Telecommunications Union in a recent report said local cellphone users sent on average 17 SMSs a month, while the average is four in the rest of the world.
The report said the number of cellphone users in Africa increased by 1 000% to 51.8 million between 1998 and 2003.
