Shaik still waiting

Durban - Judge Hilary Squires has ended day two of judgement in the Schabir Shaik fraud and corruption trial in the Durban High Court.
Squires had just started on count three of corruption when he asked the court for its "indulgence" and said he would continue at 10:30 on Thursday morning.
Since the start of judgment on Tuesday, Squires has been battling with throat problems.
