Johannesburg - The case involving television actor and presenter Somizi Mhlongo was postponed in the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Tuesday.
Magistrate Mombakazi Thwele postponed the case to March 7 in order for Mhlongo's new attorney, Nyiko Khupane, to familiarise himself with the case.
Mhlongo was charged with indecent assault on a 28-year-old plaintiff who did not appear in court on Tuesday.
Mhlongo allegedly "played" with the plaintiff's private parts after he asked Mhlongo for an autograph.
Mhlongo was arrested in Douglasdale in November last year.
"We will see what will happen in March," said a very jovial Mhlongo.
Earlier Mhlongo, posed for photographers wearing a black cap with gold writing which read "Fucking criminal".
