Johannesburg - Teazers' owner Emanuel "Lolly" Jackson, 50, appeared in the Randburg magistrate's court on Tuesday with the club's bookkeeper Ricardo Fabre, 37, Johannesburg police said.
They each face four charges of contravening the Immigration Act, senior superintendent Mary Martins-Engelbrecht said.
The two men were arrested on Monday morning in a raid on the adult club where police allege they employed "undocumented" people.
Police seized documents and computers in a search of the men's properties.
Martins-Engelbrecht said Jackson was granted bail of R20 000 at his court appearance on Tuesday, while Fabre was granted bail of R10 000.
The case was postponed until November 14 for further investigation.
She said police were co-operating closely on the matter with the department of home affairs.
