Johannesburg - The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) is expected to hear SABC's managing director for news, Snuki Zikalala's case on Monday, a CCMA spokesperson said.
Lusanda Myoli said the labour dispute resolution body could not release details as it was a private matter.
Zikalala was suspended by group CEO Dali Mpofu in May, alleging that he had leaked confidential company documents.
Commenting on a report by The Times that Zikalala would be reinstated on Monday, SABC spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago said: "I have not been informed of that". He initially asked to be called back, but then became unavailable.
Meanwhile, Mpofu would return to the Johannesburg High Court on Tuesday in a continuation of the challenge to his own suspension which followed his action against Zikalala.
"The case is on," he said.
