Zikalala: CCMA meeting delayed

Johannesburg - An arbitration meeting between the SABC's suspended group executive of news Snuki Zikalala and the broadcaster's management was postponed on Wednesday.
"The parties agreed to postpone the matter and reconvene in two weeks," said Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration spokesperson Lusanda Myoli.
"They will continue exploring means of resolving the dispute then."
Zikalala applied for a hearing against what he termed an unfair labour practice, following his suspension by SABC group chief executive officer Dali Mpofu last month, the broadcaster reported earlier on Wednesday.
Mpofu alleged that Zikalala had leaked confidential company documents.
The CCMA hearing was being held behind closed doors.
Mpofu was engaged in a legal battle with the SABC board over his own disputed suspension.
