Koeberg 'at full capacity'

Cape Town - Eskom believes that it had restored full power to the Western Cape by Saturday.
Spokesperson Fanie Zulu said that the Koeberg nuclear facility was now running at full capacity so there was enough power for the province.
Last Sunday the entire province was without power and intermittent supplies have been kept going through supplies from the north of the country.
To prevent an overload authorities have been rotating power interruptions, a practice called load shedding.
Meanwhile, some suburbs of Johannesburg were also briefly without power on Saturday morning. A City Power spokesperson was not immediately available to explain why but a recorded message at the utility said it was a technical fault.
