Cape Town - The sole survivor of the gruesome Sizzler's murder in Sea Point came face to face with the killers when he had to identify them on Tuesday.
Standing behind a one-way glass in the Bishop Lavis police station, the survivor, only known as Quinton, and another witness searched the faces of eighteen men.
Suspects Adam Woest, 26, and Trevor Theys, 42, were arrested in connection with the murders of nine men less than a month after the brutal attack in the Sizzler's male massage parlour.
Within hours of the arrest, they confessed to having cut their victims' throat and shooting them in the head.
Quinton was shot in the head twice, but survived the attack and managed to stumble to a nearby filling station for help.
The other witness was turned away from the house by the murderers on that fateful night.
Neither the police, nor Quinton's legal counsel were willing to say whether the two men had been able to identify the suspects.
