Johannesburg - Nine people have been seriously injured after a bus rolled while on its way to Moria outside Polokwane, Limpopo traffic officials said on Friday.
Department of transport spokesperson Obed Langa said the bus had been heading to the Zion Christian Church headquarters in Moria, where millions gather for the church's annual Easter pilgrimage prayers.
"At the moment I don't have much information as I am rushing to the scene," said Langa.
The SABC earlier reported that nine people were killed in separate accidents in Limpopo since Thursday.
Two died at Tuinplaas on Friday morning when their car overturned, while four died in Mookgopong on Thursday night.
Two were killed at Rivercross in the Driekop area of Sekhukhune, while one person died in an accident on the R101 next to the Ranch outside Polokwane.
