Johannesburg - Stolen goods worth millions were recovered on a plot in Benoni, Ekurhuleni metro police said on Thursday.
Superintendent Vusi Mabanga said a truck, a fork lift and a container reported stolen earlier this month were found on the plot in Cloverdene at about 10:30.
"The truck was hijacked in Heidelberg and the fork lift was stolen in Brakpan. The containers were filled with industrial motors worth R1.2m stolen from Kliprivier," said Mabanga.
Police confiscated the goods shortly after receiving an anonymous tip-off at about 10:00.
Staff on the plot said the owner was on business in Maputo, Mozambique.
