Biker dies in accident

Johannesburg - A man died when he lost control of his motorcycle on the N1/N3 split at the Buccleuch interchange in Johannesburg on Sunday, ER24 said.
Spokesperson Werner Vermaak said the man lost control of his cycle around a bend at 14:30.
Paramedics found him lying a few metres away from his bike which was mangled up against the side barrier lines of the highway, he said.
According to bystanders, it appeared as though the motorbike driver drifted into the side barrier and crashed.
He sustained injuries on his head and body and was declared dead at the scene.
