Lichtenburg - A 38-year-old man has been arrested on charges of dealing in and manufacturing Mandrax and the possession of a stolen motor vehicle at a house in Derby near Koster in the North West province.
Police spokesperson Captain Ronnie Naidoo says various chemicals in the process of being manufactured into Mandrax valued at R50 000 were seized, including 2kg of pure Mandrax powder.
Various laboratory equipment, including mixers and an industrial oven, were also found.
