Girl dies after drinking potion

Johannesburg - A four-year-old girl died on Tuesday evening after she drank a local adult body cleansing potion called "Stamita", Johannesburg police said.
Spokesperson Sergeant Obakeng Tsomane said the girl was playing outside her house with some friends when she found a half bottle of "Stamita".
"She became very sick after drinking the potion and died at the scene."
According to the police "Stamita" is a very popular potion among local people.
Police have opened an inquest docket.
