23 injured in Joburg accident

Johannesburg - Twenty-three people were injured in an accident between three minibus taxis and a motor vehicle in Johannesburg's Central Business District on Saturday, Johannesburg Emergency Management Services said.
Spokesperson Harry Annandale said the accident occurred when one taxi driver failed to stop at a red robot and collided with two stationary taxis and a vehicle.
The injured were taken to Johannesburg Hospital where they were reportedly in a serious but stable condition.
